7-Eleven Selling These 18 New Jersey Locations
7-Eleven Inc. is looking to sell or lease 73 of its stores, 18 of which are in New Jersey.
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC is helping with the process, having posted a list of all of the sites along with a bid deadline of Tuesday, Nov. 1.
Some of the stores are some of the 3,800 Speedway stores that 7-Eleven purchased in May 2021.

Three gunman were arrested in a series of separate incidents across Newark in just one day, authorities announced.
Among them, Ewing's Deion Brison, 26; Newark's Daniel Molloy, 48; and Irvington's James Mitchell, 23; were arrested on various charges, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said.

$10,000 Reward Offered In Newark Killing Of Bergen County Woman, 18
Authorities are offering a $10,000 reward for the killing of an 18-year-old Bergen County girl in Newark.
McKayla Perri, of Lyndhurst, was shot on Broad Street near 3rd Avenue in Newark Saturday evening, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II said.
Perri was taken to University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, Stephens said. No arrests had been made as of Monday.

A Honda was heading south on Broad Street when it hit a northbound Mazda Sunday around 7 p.m. at Central Avenue, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, said in a joint release.
The Mazda was sent into a Toyota on impact, killing Honda passenger Elba Galarza, 77, of Glen Ridge, and Clarise Pizcha, 11, a rear seat passenger in the Mazda, authorities said.

Three Busted In Separate Newark Graffiti Incidents
Three people are facing charges after being caught spray painting a mural and words onto traffic boxes in Newark, authorities said.
Police saw Alexa Lipke, 25, of Green Brook, writing graffiti on traffic light boxes at Broad and Franklin streets near City Hall on June 28, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said. She was arrested on graffiti and drug-related charges.
