Third Home Invader Charged With Abduction During Violent Fairfax County Burglary (Updated)
A third person has been arrested for his alleged role in a home invasion in Fairfax County late last year during a violent robbery, police announced on Thursday.
Cartier Wesley, 24, of Lorton, is the latest to be implicated in the crime that landed Elijah Thomas, 24, and Jaquan Ross, 32, behind bars for a December robbery in McLean.
At around 5:45 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 27, officers from the Fairfax County Police Department were called to the 1300 block of Spring Hill Road, where three men reportedly forced their way into a home brandishing a gun and demanded money.

The mother who killed her two children in Virginia is expected to face decades in prison after being convicted of multiple felonies last week, Fairfax County State’s Attorney Steve Descano announced on Monday, March 27.
Veronica Youngblood, 37, was sentenced to up to 78 years in prison by a jury for killer her two daughters in 2019, according to officials, after she was convicted of multiple counts of first-degree murder and weapons charges.
